Weren't they just complaining that they were going to close certain publications.... oh yeah that was because they couldn't get media liability insurance, not because they didn't have money.
If those documents are so critical, why announce opposition to Judge Kavanaugh the night he was nominated? Records are still being made public on a rolling basis in the run-up to the hearing just as they were for Justices Kagan and Gorsuch. #SCOTUS
Then postpone the hearing until everything can be reviewed by the entire senate. Including his entire record from the WH. As a Republican I want to know what a #SCOTUS nom has said & done in the past since it's an indicator of what to expect for another 30 (?) years.
