Criminals have had molds for making blank lower receivers for ages. Untraceable ARs have been a thing for a long time. End of the day, if bad people want to get guns to do bad things w/ them, they will. 3D printer or not.

Guess what happens next? The tips of those 3D printed fully functional guns will be made with orange plastic - the color used on toy guns to let law enforcement know it’s not a real weapon. Think about that.
