Isn't there a law about notifications or were there too few employees? Are they assured to get pensions and other benefits, and if not what State or Federal recourse do they have? Why touting econ growth has to include for whom & who loses.

The common recurring theme among PE bought the total assets and allowed CEO collect huge shares and salaries. PE just shut down and walkway with bankruptcy. It is predatory human know as "class warfare" There is no law against it at all.
