Dump truck guy rarely gets out. As for back hoe, if it’s a 3 man crew the other 2 are working outside or one is working while the other is looking up maps or prepping tools. Don’t need to crowd the hole most of the time

A negotiating tactic? Seems to me it was the Unions who took a strike vote to strengthen their negotiation position and the company responded.

Same vote happened 2 years ago and the company kept extending the old contract until we agreed on a new one. This time they liked us out without letting us vote on the final offer
