Most North Korea NUKES are on transport trucks already & can easily be driven to South Korea for removal offshore. U.S. & its allies can bring 10,000 construction workers into North Korea & get the job done quickly. All North Korea’s war assets must be removed. NO EXCUSES
This would be a welcome development - if it happens and actually lowers the threat.
