  AT&T violated #NetNeutrality new #Accessibility Plan by blocked Video Calls and FaceTime on less than 5GB Plan. AT&T repeated FaceTime Blocked Debacle last 2012. Fined $100M by FCC. AT&T hasn't learned the lesson yet. Deaf & HH have right to choose 2GB, 5GB and Unlimited..
