I've had 3 personal friends or acquaintances die this year, with numerous this decade, let alone friends of friends. The introduction of fentanyl to the heroin on the streets is driving the death toll up. This issue is surely not getting any better.

I work in the field and a guy told me that suboxone is becoming the drug of choice on the street. And yes it can make you zone out unlike what Reckitt-Benckiser would say Addicts don't want withdrawal. Getting high is not goal. Overall we need to help ppl recognize their worth.

You do realize that prescription drugs are only a part of the opioid abuse problem right? With more stringent requirements for prescriptions a lot of addicts have switched to heroin, which is also deadly.
