In October, @SenWarren & I asked DHS to verify the official death count in Puerto Rico from Maria fearing the actual count could be 10x higher.
It’s 70x higher. This is either the result of shocking incompetence or a deliberate underestimation. Someone must be held accountable.

How about we hold the guy who was in charge responsible? It was reprehensible how this was handled. The biggest storm in American history, and we couldn't help our fellow citizens more than this?
