North Dakota has led the way in research and development of hemp for years. I urge those same leaders and all of our agricultural stakeholders to work with USDA and offer their insight to ensure this program works best for them.

I appreciate @SecretarySonny introducing these rules allowing farmers in ND & around the country to apply existing farm programs to this new, promising crop.
