  Sir, we should be focusing on leading the world on developing and producing tech that *decentralizes* electric usage. Better tech is key if all households and business produce their own energy, and use the current grid to distribute excess and purchase shortfalls.

  WalMart has not paid me yet the 8 billion dollar debt due the purchase of the Continente food distribution chain in Brazil. There was a check drawn on the owner's name (JHHL) but it was never cashed.
