All-the-above should include plans to ween us off of our dependence on oil and gas. These are not sustainable sources of energy, and refusing to acknowledge that is endangering billions.

Please prove how wind farms has raised your rates? Not one single aye increase that any power company has asked for from the ND PSC had nothing what so ever to do with wind farms. They increased because the companies quoted higher coal & gas production cost has risen.
