        How does this differ from the one signed into law in 2002? "The Born-Alive Infants Protection Act of 2002 is an Act of Congress. It extends legal protection to an infant born alive after a failed attempt at induced abortion. It was signed by President George W. Bush."

        This bill will extend the suffering of the fetus that would not survive but a few weeks. It is cruel to force women to give birth knowing it will die soon. Care about the fetus, ignore the child.
