Perhaps add a clause where if someone willing to pay or one time fee based system to expedite GC ! I am sure folks stuck in unending wait would be willing to pay one time 10k to come out of it! Thank you for raising my issue. I came to US in Fall 2004 at the age of 22 to study Masters in Mech Engg. Started working on H-1B in 2007 after OPT, been a tax paying legal foreign worker since then. It has been 15 yrs in US, there is no Green Card in sight for decades.
