News: The GOP Senate voted tonight on a bill to prohibit taxpayer-funded abortion. It failed to get majority support. Final vote was 48-47. Two Rs, Collins and Murkowski, voted nay. Two Ds, Casey and Manchin, voted yea. Five Rs didn’t vote: Alexander, Burr, Crapo, Graham, Paul.

  Too bad GOP non voters on this bill failed to stand up with everyone else....like their Dem counterparts stand in solidarity with their caucus. It is why there has been such a lack of productivity from Congress.
