GOP owned 3 branches of govt for 2 yrs & didn't vote any wall. Now 9 days after Dem's took House, there's a nat'l emergency? McConnell won't allow vote again on bill he passed 12/19. Treats president as an autocrat, not allowing vote on anything he doesn't want. Not a democracy.
