I saw you quoted by NBC news today re: Kavanaugh, where you asked if attempted rape would disqualify someone for a SC seat. I would think that appointing someone under suspicion for a felony sex crime is in bad taste. I mean, doesn't rape violate a few commandments?

Parents might think twice about sending their children to
