Here is the Trump/@RepKevinCramer incompetence: A tariff scheme so reckless, so ill-thought out, that Trump has to run to federal funds, INCREASING THE DEFICIT, to make up for his catastrophe. Problem: Asia has found another source for soybeans (Brazil),may never come back to US.
