She gave the correct answer— she didn’t fall into the apparent trap. Just because she didn’t give the answer you liked is no reason to oppose her confirmation— in fact, her answer proves her eligibility.

In what possible way is it the correct answer? She said SCOTUS was her boss, it’s not. Her actual boss, the constitution, she didn’t mention. It’s a lifetime appointment, the whole point is to be free to rule how the judge sees fit, according to the law.

So that's a no? I mean she is being coy here but I think it's clear she believes that it wasn't correctly decided. Which makes her wrong and not a person who should be in any position of power if she holds biased that will clearly affect her ability to do her job.

If you choose to have a baby, that’s your choice. Otherwise, it’s none of your damn business

Really. “What about the father” if he were so concerned he would have known what the woman believed before sleeping with her, because if he did then sleeping with her any way was his consent. Know where you poke!

I’d like to thank you for thinking so highly of me or for being so intimidated that you’d have to add me to a list.

Not sure if this is for me but what list? I blocked the trumpster

No it wasn’t meant for you. Sorry. It was meant for that person. They think pretty highly of me and I was flattered.

Got it. I can’t tolerate people so closed-minded who high and mighty and make decisions for others!

Also, anyone who prefaces/dodges any answer they are giving at a Congressional hearing with, "I don't mean to be coy", should be booted out the door.

How is the answer to this question anything but 'Yes, I do.'??? Wow.
-
Every time I see this I wonder if she actually READ the decision. Ever.

Totally judgmental on my part, but she IS from LA, so it's entirely possible that she *doesn't* agree with it. Or it could be that she has no idea what case they're talking about. She is a 45 pick, after all.

The question which should be asked is “how did someone with such views get this far?”. Brown v. Board of Ed is a case which lays the ground work for CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. So what part of the Constitution does she not agree with? Did I miss something ?

This should have been an easy answer. That it wasn’t is very telling.

Exactly. It's not a gray area of the law or Constitution. There's no ambiguity of facts either.
