We have a bill like that in California --- and OSHA. Remember? You are wasting precious time and once again, taxpayers funds. Think outside the box!

It is already the law in the US. Employers have a legal obligation to train employees on hazardous chemicals in the workplace.

Ok, class... Today, we will learn about SDS (aka MSDS). If your constituents were properly nationalized, they would be able to read them.

Cal/OSHA title 8 regulations, search 3203, lists all regulations. MSDS are required for all onsite hazardous chemicals. Not sure what you’re thinking here, what additional laws are needed?

This has been a requirement for years if not decades. Employers have long been required to maintain a database of MSDS.
-
MSDS is useless, pertinent info on health affects is simply absent.
-
My point was more that employees have access to the common and chemical names of products they are using. This information cannot be kept from them lawfully.

Hmmm don't we have work place HAZMAT and OSHA, for that? Why do you and Masto insist on waisting time pretending to do something. Research what is on the books before doing a double down. smfh

MSDS (material safety data sheet) are available for any employee to inspect at their place of employment. Get a clue instead of spouting untruths.
