Impeachment is all that can be done. Do you think you could do ANYTHING to move that forward?
-

-
No, because impeachment must be voted on in the HOUSE, and the only way for there to be a vote on impeachment is if the SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE schedules a vote.
-
That is why Paul Ryan needs to go!!
-
But he wont go if we start calling for impeachment too soon. Impeachment is popular, but Dems practically need to win 60% of the country to take a basic majority in the House due to gerrymandering.
-
IT'S ON!!!!
-
WE ARE THE MAJORITY!! DON'T FORGET THAT!!! 3 million MORE votes can be 30 million! Be an activist!!!

What are Dems going to do besides tweet about it? What's your plan of action? The GOP took the gloves off 9 years ago, when are the Dems going to get tough and take theirs off too?
-
If anyone believes in true rule of law it’s
@TheDemocrats let’s get these criminals out and install democracy again. -
Really? Is that why they denied Sen. Franken the due process of the ethics committee investigation he requested? It's been years of "concern" & "disappointment" abt GOP w not much action to actually motivate their own voters. Time 4 accountability. Time to get loud & tough.
-
Due process became a casualty due to the crappy timing with the AL election and Roy Moore. (I predict Franken will be back. Somehow, maybe not in Senate.)
-
I hope he hires an investigator, clears his name, and runs again in November.
@SenFranken -
I hear there might be an election for higher office in 2020.

How do we fight back against oil and gas companies?
-
We setup corporations to buy those lands/waters instead.
-
Smart, but you will be pressured to sell with intense tactics and still governments can seize owned lands if it "benefits" the greater populous. People on oil make money buy selling it, they don't have legal jurisdiction over governments to use as political leverage
-
Is there any actual precedence for eminent domain being used to seize land which was then developed for oil mining/extraction, though? (I'm genuinely curious)
-
I'm interested to see where it goes with the wall he wants to build on the Mexican border. Cards Against Humanity bought a bunch of land on the border in an effort to block it.http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/15/us/cards-against-humanity-land-grab-trnd/index.html …
