It is almost as if White men had a 250 year head start in wealth accumulation that allowed them to set up a system where all other groups make less money then them
-
-
-
It's almost as if this can't be possible because Asian men make more money than white men in the US.
-
Only a White men could come up with this response, prioritizing the marginal average income comparison between WM and Asian men over the reality of centuries of generational wealth inequality lol. Good job focusing on the letter of the law and not the spirit of the law

-
Thanks for making this about my skin colour. I just gave an argument. Why don't you tell me why you disagree and don't attack me personally? Seems likeyou have no arguments. And what law are you talking about anyway?
-
That was FAR from an attack, that was an analysis if why u choose to say what u said. Not talking about a law, used that saying to illustrate that u focused on technicalities rather than understanding the situation being discussed. Do I need to explain generational wealth vs.

average annual income to you?

The study - like all studies used to decry the “pay gap” does not account for job, experience level, performance, etc. It compares by gender and race median incomes. That is a stupid way to determine pay “equity” and anybody doing such a study most likely knows that.

I see you're busily employing Identity Politics, like usual. There's several things that contribute to this, but you only believe in Equal Outcome. Wvwryone deserves the Equal Oppurtunity to make money, but Equal Outcome is a garbage concept. How does Bernie taste?
-
*Everyone*
-
Equal outcome is a tricky concept.
-
Not really, no. Equal Outcome should only be applicable to individuals who do the same work, doing the same thing, working the same hours with the same amount of work experience (and college education if needed). Outside of these parameters, Equal Outcome is 100% bullshit.
-
That's why it's tricky. The perception of outcome is relative to the individual. And circumstances of the status quo.

That’s total bs, the article clearly states it’s the average of all workers, not identical jobspic.twitter.com/WxBt2RRT4W

#BlackWomensEqualPay -
Black women will be paid MORE if they have done the same job for the same amount of time.

Liberal talking point plus liberal media does not equal factual truth. We demand to know all the facts instead of ones that are cherry picked for a liberal party narrative.

Actually “all women and minority men” need to be topped up on the equality chart!
