Last year, middle-class income in the United States grew to an all-time high, and for the last five months, job openings have exceeded the number of people who are looking for jobs. ⬇️https://www.thune.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/op-eds?ID=6701C2F3-5417-4996-AD16-9B360004CFA9 …

If there are more jobs than applicants why are you working so hard to create even more jobs?

I ask as many of my middle-class wage-earning friends how the tax cuts have affected their paychecks. Every single one tells me the same: no noticeable change.

Your affection for the wealthy is cute, but our nation is in a precarious time with "all time high" debt that is increasing at an alarming rate. You do know that much of our debt is owed to other countries, don't you? VOTE for candidates that are socially responsible.

Which is great, except for the growing number of middle class people who have to use food stamps and Medicare to get by, plus the huge number of people who need to work more than one job. The economy is not great just because the wealthy are getting lower taxes.

So send away asylum seekers and immigrants who would fill jobs no American will take. Oh and minor detail: this trend of job growth started under Obama, so kudos for not ruining a good thing. #VoteBlue2018 #VoteThemOut

First, you are citing yourself, rather than actual numbers. Cite sources. Second, I'm pretty sure "last year" numbers have much to do with the economy trend in 2016, before Trump and before your magical tax cut for the top.

It reached the equivalent of what we made under Clinton in 1999. Census Bureau states reason for increase was someone in household has gone from part time to full time and increased OT by household members.
