As #Atc might I suggest altitude caps for all drones and a five mile buffer around any airport that handles over 50 ops a day.
TSA has never caught a terrorist or prevented an attack that we know of, and in 2015 failed 95% of breach tests. Their budget is almost $8 Billion per year. Safe enough yet?
