So Senator. You first believe that it's OK for you to push you gun control agenda hours after a school shooting. Secondly, all of your gun control would not have prevented any of the shootings in California or anywhere else for that matter. What we really need is less gun control

I don’t know the facts yet but if an assault weapon was used in a state that regulates them more than any other, that’s proof bans don’t work. If a legally purchased hand gun was used that’s proof BG checks don’t always work and supports assault weapons aren’t always used.

And it's already California law. They "[took] action" and it failed. Unconstitutional confiscation? Honestly, the problem is at the source. It's a problem of evil, and evil people will act out.

Yes and I agree with you and it is very sad about what happened in California and we must take action and get the weapon's off the streets and end this nightmare once and for all and it will not be tolerated.
