The issues actually cited in the article are the increase in the homeless population & the shift in demographics to older residents. Neither of those things has anything to do with climate change.

Also, 2019’s temp is measured against the mean of previous years. Is there an actual trend line? Also, June was one of the coolest on record. How has this been included in the analysis?

An immediate solution would be to add a covering for tourists to stand while they wait to take photos near the welcome to vegas sign. In all of my 30+ yrs Vegas has always been 101-110+ summer time temps. Not much change.
