For doing what jobs? Don’t they have to be the exact same job that the two people are doing? I don’t see any logic here. What kind of leadership is this claim?

On #BlackWomensEqualPay Day, the day black women FINALLY catch up to white men’s wages from 2018, we must acknowledge additional barriers faced by women of color & continue to work to close the gender pay gap for ALL women.

I’d love to see this data as to what fields this is happening in. As I consider a career change. I’m sure there are many reasons whether it’s due to experience and/or education.
