Military spouses often have to recertify their professional licenses – a long and expensive process – as they move with their spouse between states. We shouldn’t be making PCS moves more difficult. I stand with you on that point. We live in a very mobile society. I assume it is her/staff idea to make it looks like she supports the armed forces.
