There is over 200,000 abandoned mines just in the state of Nevada alone. 50,000 deemed serious public safety hazards, Senator. So how is this award a good thing?

This refers to cleaning up sites. I didn’t see anything about filling in old mines. Is that another branch of EPA? Or another agency. There’s still a lot of old, open mine staffs out there.
