How do you come to that conclusion. The question is related to citizenship, not color or national origin. The only people that should be counted are legal US citizens. Or are you worried about how many illegal votes you may not get.

Note: the census is not in danger. Why would COC be at risk of not being counted? Seems kinda racist to suggest that POC would react differently than whites to the census. I'm not sure I follow your logic. Why would our AA citizens have any issues?
