Why are you limiting consumer choice? Healthcare <> Health Insurance. Catastrophic coverage + out of pocket doctor visits can be cheaper than full coverage insurance.
Insurance companies should not be allowed to offer junk insurance plans that don’t cover basic life-saving coverages like RX medication or trips to the ER.
