It’s a BS law. If you’ve been convicted of a crime and therefore a felon YOU CANNOT LEGALLY PURCHASE A GUN!!!!! We don’t need double secret probation laws. Just enforce the ones on the books.
Those who commit violent hate crimes should be barred from possessing firearms. It’s just common sense. It’s why I’m signing on to the Disarm Hate Act, which would prevent criminals motivated by hate from gaining access to dangerous weapons.

As long as gun show loop holes are kept open nothing will change. Also we must be able to track who has weapons, and which ones so illegal transfers can't happen
