Thank you for your work... Don’t stop fighting...access to affordable health care is so important. We want a healthy community.
As my first action while holding the floor of the United States Senate, I’m asking Senate leaders to take up my resolution with @Sen_JoeMachin to defend the constitutionality of the ACA. Nevadans sent me here to protect their health care. That’s what I’ll continue to do.

Gruber made an argument that many of Obamacare’s critics have long made. The law’s complex system of insurance regulation is a way of concealing from voters what Obamacare really is: a huge redistribution of wealth from the young & healthy to the old and unhealthy.

Forbes 11/14: A video surfaced in which Jonathan Gruber (ACA architect) said that “the stupidity of the American voter” made it important for him & Democrats to hide Obamacare’s true costs from the public. “That was really, really critical for the thing to pass,” said Gruber.
