What does “properly informed” mean? Is there a legal or regulatory requirement to inform the state? If not, maybe you can get legislation passed but you would have to work with the republican western state senators which shumer wouldn’t allow.

Nearly all of Nevada’s public land is owned or controlled by the federal government. They can do anything they want with it. If we want a say we need to get it back to the state
