Far too many members of our communities are still not fully protected by our country’s current anti-discrimination laws. I’m helping introduce the Do No Harm bill, which will make clear that companies cannot discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

Yes indiana is actively trying and failing to finally post-Pence get a hate crime bill after nazi graffiti on a local synagogue. The gov promised, but the GOP in In gen assembly want the bill to not include any list of who is protected, making it unenforceable.

They are focused on the goal of getting off the list of states without a bill without actually creating any protection. They won't even put race in as a category.
