It is Congress who controls funding for the government, not the executive. I agree that the government should not shut down. Do your jobs, fund the wall, and pass a long-term spending bill.

@SenJackyRosen you are knowingly misleading people. I have multiple family members that are government employees. They received a full paycheck after Christmas.
