Mexico is a safe country. There is no reason for the US to accept asylum claims from people that have traveled though Mexico. People should ask for asylum at a US embassy in their country to be considered for asylum in the US. Asylum seekers can't choose any country they want.

Bipartisan and comprehensive immigration reform is exactly what our President has called for the past 2 years. Fix our broken immigration system, eliminate loopholes and build a strong border fence where CBP says it is needed. Now please get to work and get it done!

When a water pipe breaks, you shut the water to the pipe off completely before you fix the pipe. Then you clean up the mess after you fix the pipe. We need the wall first to stop the flow of illegals, then reform to citizenship. Does this analogy make sense at all? Prioritize!!

Yes! Now, can the Dems get to work to secure our boarders and fix the mess of many administrations before. Those who would like to come to our Country legally shouldn't have to suffer because Congress can't get it together. But then, neither should Americans.
