Should we all just not fill in that question? I’ve been told by Census workers that boycotting the Census all together is not a good idea because it will lead to fewer services and resources, but what about just skipping the (irrelevant) question about citizenship?

Districts are drawn by population. Illegal aliens have no right to vote. Why then should illegal aliens be included in the population which would increase the number of districts..... other than illegals will vote for free stuff & anti American politicians.
