We need education/training tax credits for citizens and we need to move from the current system to them. We need to offload all the Dept of Ed functions to citizens via tax credits. Get Fed govt out of ed except U.S. history/govt reqs but no dept of Ed.

Maybe college debt relief for 80%+ disabled vets of Missouri. I served Marine Corps..then Army guard as an officer. I'm 46..medically retired (not by choice) and still have a college debt from 2001.
