Step in the right direction. Universities have been gouging students for the last 20 years and are sitting on billions of dollars. Tuition should be much less than they are charging.

Part 2, accountability is perfect, but the rising costs in college tuition are tied to government funded loans. Government needs to get out of the college loan business! Another level of government bureaucracy policing a government program is not good.
