        The names of the 2-3 banks in New Jersy that FEMA money was deposited into is well known but...no one seems capable to dislodge it.. Must less areest them for confiscation of funds that belong to the public. 1st heard of disaster money stolen bt bankers in the floods in La. 1920

        FEMA food insurance undercharges for the risks involved. Actually tables show this. Also hard decisions about land use will need to be made for flood prone communities. Building in high risk zones needs to stop. Lower risk areas need to buy in to the system to help support.
