Kirsten Gillibrand Retweeted The Leadership Conference

Brown v. Board of Education was a unanimous decision by the Supreme Court to outlaw segregation in schools. This shouldn't be a "difficult area" of agreement.https://twitter.com/civilrightsorg/status/984135758440263702 …

I don’t think she even knew what it was to begin with. She said she didn’t want to comment on something her boss’ COULD rule on. She didn’t know it was decided in 1954.

And yet I’m sure the Republicans will be just fine with that....this is where the trump Administration will cause the most lasting damage, the courts.

Yet another reprehensible backward repub wanting to upend civil rights. Maybe Senator you should have asked her if she was allowed to own slaves - would she?

Frightening she would be for life but what did anyone expect? They confirmed every idiot on the cabinet! Devos? Isn’t the first requirement for a nomination disdain for the institution nominated for?

Notice that Vitter hated the Brown case so much that she couldn't just say "yes, of course it's settled law" and move on. This is a hard core racist. Not a person we dare put on pur federal court for life.
