While we’ve seen remarkable outcomes in light of the #MeToo movement, we must keep pushing for the changes needed to make accountability possible for all women, no matter what industry they work in or the type of work they do. Everyone should feel safe to come forward.

Like many industries, the political world lacks a reporting system that protects survivors of sexual assault and harassment. Thank you @SenGillibrand for spearheading the movement to change this #MeToo #TimesUphttps://rantt.com/metoo-swept-the-nation-now-its-time-to-turn-the-movement-into-law-89797aecbfd1 …

Speaking as a man, #metoo Abuse of power takes every form, at every level and gender. We stand in solidarity with all victims, and believe they should all have a voice and be listened to and taken seriously. #metoo

I agree wholeheartedly. I wish that it made the same amount of headline attention as Women. I am #metoo but I feel that as a woman, it's not as inclusive to Males or LGBT communities

I don't fault anyone for a moment for speaking out and reclaiming their voice. Women and LGBTQ folks have been marginalized and silenced for too long, and we rejoice when this state of affairs is disrupted. Still, men need not suffer in silence, nor in isolation. #metoo

Again agree...but Corey Feldman has been doing this through reporting to the LAPD and on air in '11. The general consensus is that he was crazy. I don't want that to continue. We also owe that much to Anthony Rapp.

We should never make it about a gender. Doing that makes it even harder to come forwars for help. When we do we push away someone. I am a survivor and will always fight for ALL because we all are in this together! I am #MeTooMilitary #metoo and #Mentoo

Well, certainly, shoving Al Franken out of the Senate was a big step in making "accountability possible for all women". Except of course, we lost a powerful voice on behalf of women.

Including Right Wing shysters who want to discredit effective and popular Senators. The failure to address the injustice toward Al Franken had me leave both the party and the movement. Before I’m back on the bandwagon the driver has to sober up and make REAL amends.

Wasn't it all DEMOCRAT congress people who called for Franken's resignation? They didn't care about Franken, they needed to show people they are the party of "action", the party that "believes women". They don't care about you either, they'll sell you out for illegals. WAKE UP!

I’m really mad at them yes. The GOP is a thousand times worse for women’s rights health and life. In fact murderous. There has to be another way to defeat them though. I have nothing against immigrants. I have a great deal against crooked billionaires.

1)Thanks for your reply. How do you think the GOP is "murderous"? I personally don't know that the tax reform helped the middle class, but I can personally tell you that it's NOT a "win" for the rich or upper middle class. Sure, the brackets changed, but deductions were lost.

2)and that negates the lower tax rate. I haven't anything against immigrants either, but I do think they should enter the US the legal, right way. Why should we, as tax payers, have to foot the bill for them? Why reward people who have done wrong? I'd be interested in your views.

Did everything in my power to keep him from getting elected I dragged reluctant 18 year olds to the polls and got kicked off the air when trying to convince disenfranchised Dems to support Hillary and save SCOTUS. Stakes keep rising. Methinks much protest no real action for us.
