More than 100 days since Hurricane Maria made landfall, millions of Puerto Ricans are still without water, food, or power. We must keep fighting in Congress, but we can also do what Congress won’t. Help Puerto Rico heal: https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/kg_maria …pic.twitter.com/CEe2IOkz4C

Don't forget the #USVI. They were hit by Irma and Maria. Many on St. Thomas and St. Croix are still without power or water.

You wrongly led the charge to strip Al Franken of his due process for a knee jerk political stunt. There was a high likelihood it was a political hit job. Now we'll never know because there will be no investigation. Justice not served. You will never have my vote for president.

While I do agree I can't understand why they weren't included in infrastructure right when they became part of the United States? Maybe this would not have happened if we included Puerto Rico in the budget

next time u go to the ER, there will be no IV bags because they're made in PR. God doesn't make IV bags but he sure makes silliness on Twitter, apparently.

You should read up on the financial situation of PR and how its status has made it very difficult for economic development and effective governance. The feds have the lion's share of the blame here.

I am not sure what you are trying to say, but how come you don't mention that there are still people in New York still affected by Hurricane Sandy? What have you and Chuck done for our own New Yorkers?

Not being nasty but just asking are their ppl in NY that are still without power and water since sandy? I would think they at least have that unlike a lot of ppl in Puerto Rico, a lot of ppl will be affected for many years to come but hopefully they all can have power/water

Thank you. Do not be fooled by Kirsten Gillibrand or Chuck Schumer, there are still people in NY without homes and the NY Senators have done nothing. PR's electric infrastructure was poor before the hurricane!

I understand, and there are ppl In Texas and Florida as well that are homeless, but PR deserves to have at least clean water and power. Cuz many of them are now homeless. as well. I think we both want all these ppl helped asap.

Yes, I agree, my point is that Kirstin Gillibrand is highlighting PR, and yes they need help, however Ms. Gillibrand has not even helped the people of NY and Sandy was six years ago. I understand your views.

Senator... even more, hospitals are experiencing a severe shortage of IV solution bags as most manufacturing is done in PR. I worked for Abbott Laboratories for 30+ years and this will become critical.
