Today, the @FCC is voting on a proposal to wipe out #NetNeutrality, which ensures that the Internet is free, fair, and open to the millions of people who use it every day. Keep fighting back—make yourself heard on this.

If you want to be kept uninformed, broke and powerless, by all means wipe out #NetNeutrality If you are a politician and you want to remain in office, fight against the @FCC . What happened in Alabama should have been your wake-up call. Don't make us vote you out.

@AGSchneiderman seemed to imply in a recent press conference that this vote might not be legal because of the high probability of fraud in the legally-required comments period. If there's any validity to this, can you work to overturn a ruling against #NetNeutrality?

And they are doing it in the midst of public comments disappearing from their site, fake comments being submitted by Russia, and the chair laughing about those comments meaning anything. The chair could care less what this will do to those who don’t already have all the power.

The Trump-Putin cabal does not care about public opinion. They would like the United States to be an oligarchy like Russia.

Without net neutrality (Thanks, Obama!), any provider could just choke your bandwidth until you did/paid whatever they demanded; basically legalizing extortion. It's all about control, and the inevitability of the following abuse.

Television used to be free. Technologies evolve and with that so do their business models. The internet is a utility to the user and a business to the provider. Free is not a viable business model. What other communications channel offers the user free content?

If anything we should be doing more to protect us and not less. Internet providers jack up prices on existing customers knowing they don’t have a choice but to stay. Instead of having promotional discounts for the same service make the prices standard. #NetNuetrality
