I just lost my healthcare for my family due to union rules because I took care of my dying mother. Apparently, she took too long to die.

Right, you can explain( I'm sure) how an employee can take paid leave and expect their employer to just suck that up. Will cost us all more.

Fortunately, I had paid leave when my mom had cancer & needed care. Otherwise, she would have been in a nursing home using Medicaid.
