stop with increasing racial tension. Stop referring to color it has no place. We are all Americans.

not denying it. Don't use race as an excuse for failure.
-
That's not what happening here. Black & white both being disciplined, decisions for blacks are harsher. That is not equitable. Real impact.

Military commanders have too much power over subordinates, which allows abuses of authority and all kinds of discrimination. Reign it in.
-
In my exper, this is true. Nearly unfettered commander discretion on discipline (partic admin actions) & complicit JAGs helped get us here.

Military law is military law. Leave it alone

Pls keep pressing the Pentagon, Commanders & JAGs on this. This is impt. We've had the
#s, they've tried to explain it away. Don't let thempic.twitter.com/pt5WO3qbfh

Data is easily manipulated. All stats don't mean a thing w/out context. What the stat does not answer is, does the punishment fit the crime.
-
What it says is if u are white & an offender, commanders handle your discipline diff than if black & offend. Shows use of discretion unfair.
-
I know this is true frm my exper as a JAG advising on discipline. We tracked these
#s but CC & JAG leadership ignored or explained away.

These stats & analysis are whack. Wonder what crime stats look like in NY, relative to race?

#Kettle,ThisIsPot:You'reBlack, over. -
Unjust policing/incarceration in civilian society shouldn't justify UCMJ results. We are better than that.
-
You cannot make a 'just' determination from the stats POD aggregated. Sorry. Doesn't work that way.

I am ALL IN for every Marine treated w/ dignity and respect. Esp my sister Marine!
