Good idea but SCOTUS might just make abortion illegal everywhere if they conclude it's murder. That would be consistent but wrong b/c human beings do not scientifically begin at conception, but SCOTUS is now theocratic.

A Senator who knows nothing about a Constitution, which is written to protect citizens from the abuses of the State, not to murder millions of inocents. Genocide doesn't dress as a constitutional right; it will always be genocide.
