Why should my employer pay me for not working?? I mean, it certainly would be NICE if they did so, but why should they be required to do so?
We're the only industrialized nation that leaves workers to make the impossible choice between a paycheck and caring for their families. It's time to fix this.

Without a detailed business roadmap & implementation plan it is unfair to begin collecting taxes for PFMLA. This is going to require IT infrastructure, staffing from leaders to claims processors, defined KPIs for monitoring success. How do we know this won’t be just a money pit.
