When this country shows it values women by passing equal pay for equal work, affordable child care policies and paid family and medical leave, we’ll send our economy into overdrive. Women are the untapped potential in our country’s workforce.

This country is run by men who don’t value women. Until we change leadership we won’t change priorities. #Voteforchange

The pay gap is a myth not supported by facts. Childcare is "affordable" if you wait until you can afford to have children. And, the market determines what leave policies should be. Forcing companies to pay for ppl not working is wrong. #SocialismSucks

While I totally agree with this tweet I would also like to see support so kids can stay home with a parent or other family member so moms can have flex time and be able to nurse for as long as they want - we are looking for healthy outcomes for the whole family

If companies could save money by hiring only women, why are they hiring men? Do know it's been illegal to pay women less for decades? Oh that's right, you're just causing division & trying to score political points by lying.

Imagine if people lived within their means didn’t accumulate masssive debt keeping up with the Jones. That would allow one parent to stay home and care for children, elderly or infirmed relatives.

Incomes are too low for about half of us, to do what you suggest. “Live within their means” for these people means skipping meals and never seeing a doctor. Wages for the lower half of Americans have fallen steadily vs the wealthy for 40 years, and you blame the poor? Shame!

Thomas Edison was a disgusting man. He also was no genius. Genius has nothing whatsoever to do with perspiration. Edison electrocuted an elephant in a PR stunt to prove his DC power system was better than Westinghouse’s AC system. We use the AC system today cuz it is best.

A fetus has no civil rights. It is the property of the woman, until birth. At birth, it becomes an independent person with civil rights.
