Today, oral arguments started for a case before a federal court in TX to get rid of the ACA. Meanwhile, Kavanaugh refused to promise to uphold coverage for preexisting conditions. We need to continue fighting for health care to be the right of all, not the privilege of a few.

Sorry, wrong. Congress is also under ACA. Sadly uninformed, here’s an up to date explanation.https://www.verywellhealth.com/is-congress-exempt-from-obamacare-4107197 …

Oh, so facts are “trying to be smart.” Jeez. They get an allowance like all companies give their employees. Yeah, we pay for it. And “they” was when GOP took over. Demonizing and playing victim doesn’t solve anything. And facts are still facts. Sorry I presented them.

The privileged few? Like you? And you are distorting the truth (again) with the #Kavanaugh and the pre-existing condition question. Lol.

I seriously do not understand why so many Americans oppose the idea of free healthcare for all. Lots of other countries have it. Britain and France have it and it is fantastic. You can go to the doctor for free, get treatment or surgery for free. And prescriptions cost nothing.

It appears that you are very misinformed. Health Care isn't free but it is a right. We all need to pay our share so that our whole country can be healthy.

How is it not free. I just had this exact discussion with a Trump cult member and cannot believe I am having to do it again.

After WWII the government asked the people if they would be willing to pay a little extra tax to help those who needed it but couldn’t afford it. The answer was a resounding yes, and so the welfare state and the NHS were born. And as I said it is fantastic.

As one of your constituents, I’m begging you to walk out of a vote to confirm along with every other democrat. This must be stopped. He cannot be on the Supreme Court - women will pay the price for decades to come if he is confirmed.
